Our fastest today was David Taylor with 18.10 and fastest female was Vicky Gore with 24.30.
Our best age grade was Nigel with 76.68 best female age grade was Tracey Hulme with 70.46.
We had two podium places with DT in 3rd at Preston and Jamie Houghton in 2nd at Blackpool these two runners were also our only sub20 runners.
