Today 5.7.25 Wesham Road Runners had 41 members at 12 different venues our fastest today was David Taylor with 17.19 at South Manchester parkrun our fastest female was Helen Lawrenson with 22.36 at Fire service college parkrun. Best age grade was Helen with 79.06% and David posted the best male age grade with 77.67 ( only because Nigel Shepherd is on holiday 🤣). We had two podiums with David in 3rd and Ethan Mcevoy also got 3rd at Blackpool. Only three sub20 runs today David Taylor 17.19 Daniel Bolton 17.41 and Ethan Mcevoy 17.56. We also had three runners posting new parkrun pbs Sally Deacon with 27.00 at Preston and Tracy Clare 30.48 and Michelle Rose 32.52 both new pbs at South Manchester parkrun
