Best age grade was Nigel Shepherd with 77.74% best female age grade was Tracey Hulme with 78.06 at South Manchester. We had 3 podium finishers with David Taylor in 1st at Lytham Carl Groome in 2nd at Black Combe and Dan Bolton in 2nd at Blackpool. We had 3 sub20 runs with Daniel Bolton 17.10 David Taylor 18.23 and Ethan Mcevoy 19.01. And for the 2nd week running Jordan Doddy achieved a new pb of 20.04 hopefully he will be joining the sub20 club soon 💪
