Our fastest today was Tom Crabtree in first place at Lytham in 19.05 fastest female was Emma Louise with 28.40 at Riverside parkrun. Best age grade was Nigel Shepherd with 76.8% best female age grade was Aggie Woods with 62.38 well done all 👍
