Today 21/6/25 Wesham Road Runners had 44 members running at 12 different venues our fastest today was David Taylor with 17.25 at Worsley woods. Fastest female was Helen Lawrenson with 23.05 at Lytham hall Best age grade today was Nigel Shepherd with 78.01% at Preston and Helen Lawrenson also had the best female age grade with 77.4%. We only had one podium with Callum Taylor in 3rd place at Lytham but Callum had four others joining him with sub20 runs David Taylor 17.25 Jonny Heathcote 19.31 Steven Gore 19.39 and Jamie Houghton with perfect pacing 19.55.
