Best age grade was again Nigel Shepherd with 76.85 best female age grade was Vicky Gore with 66.8 we had 3 sub20 minute runs from Jamie Ethan McEvoy and David Taylor and also got 2 podium finishers with Jamie bagging another 1st place at Blackpool and Ethan coming home in 3rd at Worden.
