Today Wesham road runners had 33 members at 12 different venues. Fastest of the day was Daniel Shaw with19.14 at Blackpool Fastest female was Vicky Gore with 25.19 at Morecambe. Best age grade again was Nigel Shepherd with 77.91 at Preston best female age grade was Tracey Hulme with 75.54 at South Manchester. No podiums today but we had 3 runners under 20 minutes Daniel Shaw 19.14 David Taylor 19.39 and Chris Haines 19.40.
