Tracey Hulme with 24.40. Best age grade was also Tracey Hulme with 78.65 with Nigel Shepherd next best with 78.4. This week we didn’t have any podium finishers or sub20 runners but Emma Louise continued her good form and for the 3rd week running achieved a pb 💪. Full results below:
