Today Wesham Road Runners had 30 runners at 11 different venues fastest of the day was Jamie Houghton at Blackpool with 19.21 fastest female was Vicky Gore at Southport with 24.32. Best age grade was Bev Wilding with 78.11 best male age grade was Carl Groome with 77.74. We had 2 sub 20s me and Jamie Houghton. William JP got a course pb at lytham 👏👏. Andrew Moore got a course pb at Southport. Jamie Houghton got a course pb at Blackpool and Bev Wilding and Tom Nicholson both got parkrun pbs 👏👏Jamie was our only podium finisher in 2nd. Great to see Sharon Coops back in the parkrun results 👍

My choice for parkrunner of the day is William Parkinson not only did he get a course pb at Lytham but he then decided to run back to wesham. 👏👏. Will has done 26 parkruns and has a pb of 19.31 at Morecambe his best position up until now is 3rd I’m sure he will beat this soon
